- Deliver exceptional haircuts and styling services for kids and families
- Provide outstanding customer service by listening and engaging with clients
- Recommend styles and services based on client preferences
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation
- Stay up to date on trends, techniques, and best practices
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive, efficient salon environment
✅ Qualifications
- Active Tennessee cosmetology or barber license
- 3+ years of cutting experience preferred
- Passion for working with children and families
- Friendly, patient, and outgoing personality
- Strong communication and customer service skills
