Seeking a meticulous Senior Inspector to perform inspections, tests, and quality checks in a manufacturing environment. Ensure products meet stringent industry standards with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections, checks, testing, and sampling of products throughout the manufacturing process.
- Monitor critical equipment and instrumentation to ensure proper operation.
- Perform packaging line and manufacturing inspections, as well as sampling/testing of incoming components and raw materials.
- Prepare and maintain product verification documentation.
- Assist in drafting procedures, validating, or troubleshooting testing methods, including assays.
- Apply approval/rejection labels to bulk raw materials based on analytical data.
- Perform dimensional inspections of parts to meet code requirements.
- Recommend rework, accept, or reject products based on inspection results.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Technical/Trade School or Associate’s Degree preferred.
- 4–6 years of experience in quality control or manufacturing inspection.
- Familiarity with standard inspection procedures, testing methods, and quality assurance principles.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Experience preparing documentation and maintaining compliance records.
- Ability to analyze problems and apply judgment to achieve effective solutions.
