We're looking for an experienced Senior Tax Associate who enjoys solving complex tax issues, building client relationships, mentoring others, and being part of a collaborative team.

What You'll Do
- Prepare and review complex federal and state tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts.
- Provide tax planning, research, and advisory services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Supervise and mentor tax associates and interns.
- Manage multiple client engagements while delivering high-quality work.
- Participate in networking, community involvement, and business development opportunities.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- 5+ years of tax experience in public accounting
- Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws
- Experience with complex tax compliance and planning
- Leadership or supervisory experience
Preferred:
- CPA or actively pursuing CPA
- IRS Enrolled Agent (EA)
- Experience with CCH Axcess Tax and QuickBooks Online
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus, but not required
