Location: Vancouver, WA (Onsite)
Pay Range: $35.00 - $40.00/hour

Responsibilities

Manage procurement activities for supplies, equipment, furniture, and contracted services, including sourcing, vendor negotiations, and purchasing support

Prepare and administer Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Quotes (RFQs), Invitations to Bid (ITBs), and other competitive procurement processes

Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships while monitoring contract performance, deliverables, timelines, warranties, and compliance requirements

Support purchase order processing, track open purchase orders, reconcile procurement records, and monitor fulfillment status

Maintain procurement documentation, contract files, vendor records, and purchasing data in accordance with policies and regulatory requirements

Coordinate asset inventory management, warranty tracking, physical inventory processes, and surplus asset disposal activities
-
Provide procurement reporting, audit support, budgeting assistance, and training to internal stakeholders regarding purchasing procedures and compliance standards
Qualifications

Associate degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Public Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.

3+ years of procurement, purchasing, contract administration, or vendor management experience required; government procurement experience is highly preferred

Strong knowledge of sourcing, competitive bidding, contract management, inventory control, purchasing processes, and Microsoft Excel or related procurement systems

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, analyze vendor proposals, maintain accurate records, communicate effectively, and provide exceptional customer service
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize appropriately.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, along with databases and other automated workflows

Ability to adhere to confidentiality guidelines and handle sensitive information with professionalism
