Overview
We are a growing automotive lubricants distribution company looking for a reliable, hands-on Warehouse & Operations Associate to join our team.
This is not just a “move boxes” position. We are looking for someone who takes pride in keeping a warehouse clean, organized, safe, and under control. The right person will notice problems, help solve them, and eventually become someone we can trust with daily warehouse operations.
Responsibilities:
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
- Receive, move, and organize inventory
- Prepare and load orders for delivery
- Help unload containers and trucks
- Operate a forklift or learn to operate one safely
- Assist with small repairs and basic maintenance around the warehouse
- Check trucks, equipment, pumps, pallets, and warehouse supplies
- Occasionally make local deliveries using a company box truck
- Help improve warehouse organization and daily workflow
What We’re Looking For:
- Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Someone who likes order and notices when something is wrong
- Hands-on person who is comfortable working physically
- Able to lift heavy boxes and work in a warehouse environment
- Basic mechanical or repair skills are a plus
- Forklift experience is a plus, but not required
- Valid driver’s license required
- Clean driving record preferred
- Must be able to work independently after training

Schedule:
9 am - 5 pm, Mon - Fri
Pay:
$20.00-22.00 per hour to start.
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
