Responsibilities:
The Material Handler responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Ensure timely, safe delivery of patient care supplies and equipment while maintaining excellent customer service.

Receive, inspect, and validate incoming materials against packing slips; enter items into the inventory system.

Distribute and deliver supplies/equipment to departments; pick up and manage patient care equipment levels.

Monitor stock levels, perform physical inventories, and report shortages or stock‑outs to management.

Replenish, restock, and rotate inventory (including PAR carts, supply rooms, and nursing unit storage areas).

Manage specialized carts (e.g., crash carts and disaster carts), including stocking, exchanging, and checking expiration dates.

Resolve purchasing, receiving, and inventory discrepancies using inventory and purchasing systems.

Operate warehouse and material-handling equipment in compliance with OSHA guidelines and safety standards.

Maintain clean, organized workspaces and equipment; prepare carts and ensure readiness for use.

Support team operations through training, shift handoffs, huddles, product conversions/recalls, and adherence to PPE and safety protocols.
Required Qualifications:

2 years of experience in material handling or other customer facing role

Valid driver's license and good driving history
