Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up tasks
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist with customer support inquiries and provide exceptional service
- Perform data entry tasks, including order entry and updating customer information
- Assist with event planning and coordination as needed
- Utilize Google Suite and other software programs to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role preferred
- Knowledge of Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and other office software programs
- Familiarity with medical office procedures is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks performed
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Previous experience in dental receptionist duties is a plus
