The opportunity to be a Field Service Engineer Manager for rotary equipment can offer a range of exciting and rewarding experiences. As an FSE Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Field Service Engineers who specialize in maintaining and troubleshooting rotary equipment. Overall, being an FSE Manager offers a dynamic and challenging role where you can combine technical expertise with leadership skills to drive the success of your team and make a meaningful impact on the organization and customers.
The person in this role will lead and coordinate Field Service activities and resources from the back office for equipment and/or service operations. Below are the key responsibilities associated with this position:
- Define the workload forecast in conjunction with relevant stakeholders and drive the best resources utilization and planning. (P)

Assess the resources competences and skills to perform the job and ensure skills development where gaps are in place (L/D)

Ensure required Safety, Health & Environmental trainings, and certifications. (L)

Lead the field resources in the sub region to ensure proper management of onsite installation and service activities to meet Customer satisfaction. (D)

Secure excellence in term of cooperation between the FSEs and main execution stockholders (ISM & PMe) being accountable to solve controversial situation if any generated during FSEs the mission on site.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Min 5 years’ experience in resources management/field engineering

Knowledge of installation and commissioning or services scope and challenges.

Team leadership, motivator and mentorship with strong organizational and analytical skills.

Field engineering experience as Field Service Engineer for rotary equipment in the beverage industry would be a plus.

Mandatory Language: French and English. Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese would be plus.
