Position Overview
We are seeking a warm, organized, and service-oriented Front Desk & Patient Experience Coordinator to become the face of Bloom Women's Health.
This role is much more than answering phones. You will be responsible for creating exceptional patient experiences, supporting clinic operations, assisting prospective patients, and helping women feel welcomed from their very first interaction with Bloom.
The ideal candidate enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates professionally, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience from check-in to check-out
- Answer phones, emails, and patient inquiries
- Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars
- Conduct membership inquiry calls and support membership enrollment
- Process payments and assist with retail sales
- Manage waitlists, confirmations, and schedule changes
- Maintain an organized, welcoming front desk environment
- Support daily clinic operations while upholding Bloom's White Glove Service standards
Qualifications
Preferred qualifications:
- 1+ years of customer service, hospitality, medical reception, wellness, aesthetics, or concierge experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable learning technology and electronic medical records
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation
Hourly pay starting at $18/hr + performance based bonus structure and annual growth opportunities.
