F&R Interiors is a leading provider of custom window treatments, specializing in Hunter Douglas shades, blinds, and draperies. Committed to delivering exceptional products and services, we are seeking a skilled Showroom Manager / Project Coordinator to join our team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic company at the forefront of the window treatment industry.
As the Showroom Manager / Project Coordinator, you will be the driving force behind the seamless execution of projects, showcasing your expertise in Hunter Douglas products, blinds, and draperies. This role involves managing the showroom, coordinating projects, and serving as the main point of contact for clients and vendors.
Duties:
- Manage the daily operations of the showroom, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Schedule and coordinate installations with a keen focus on quality and client satisfaction
- Act as the point of communication between vendors and clients regarding merchandise, delivery schedules, and any related concerns
- Manage and supervise installers' schedules, ensuring timely completion of jobs
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing regular updates on project progress
- Maintain an inviting and organized showroom
- If trained, possibility to go out on sales calls and earn commission on your jobs.
Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of Hunter Douglas shades, blinds, and draperies.
- Proven experience in showroom management and project coordination
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Demonstrated ability in team management and supervision

- Reliable, professional and friendly
- Knowledgable in Quickbooks
Monday to Friday, 9AM-5:30PM
Starting salary at $75,000 to $85,000, depending on experience level. Plus commission on jobs.
