We are searching for a driven detail orientated and fast learning executive assistant/special project coordinator to help expand our team and keep up with consistent business growth.
We are looking for candidates who have a strong work ethic and are comfortable working independently. The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient handling of incoming orders, including the packaging and labeling of products. Candidates should be willing to work flexible hours and will be required to sit or stand for long period of time. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and is an effective communicator.
Responsibilities:
- Pack and prepare items for shipment in accordance with order specifications.
- Fulfill orders involving specific products, including handling heavy materials safely.
- Work efficiently in a fast‑paced, physically demanding warehouse environment.
- Accurately enter and update customer and order information in computer systems.
- Perform inventory control tasks, including tracking, counting, and reporting stock levels.
- Pull, stock, and organize merchandise to support order fulfillment operations.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed to maintain workflow and productivity.
