Duties
- Greet customers warmly, offering personalized assistance to enhance their shopping journey
- Assist customers with product selections, styling advice, and fitting room service to boost sales and customer satisfaction
- Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for transactions, returns, and exchanges while handling cash and card payments responsibly
- Conduct product demos to showcase new arrivals and highlight features that encourage upselling opportunities
- Maintain attractive merchandise displays through merchandising and stocking efforts to keep the store inviting and organized
- Manage inventory by restocking shelves, organizing back stock, and conducting regular stock checks
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely
Requirements
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and basic retail math for accurate transactions
- Ability to perform merchandising, stocking, and product demos efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
