Position Summary:
Brittany Residential is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and motivated ASD Professional to support individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and developmental disabilities in achieving greater independence, confidence, and quality of life. This role focuses on person-centered care, skill development, behavioral support, community inclusion, and creating meaningful daily experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and developmental disabilities in residential and community settings.
- Implement individualized support plans and behavior support strategies.
- Assist with activities of daily living including hygiene, meal preparation, personal care, and household tasks.
- Promote independence, communication, social engagement, and life skills development.
- Support individuals during recreational activities, appointments, and community outings.
- Monitor and document progress, behaviors, goals, and daily activities accurately.
- Collaborate with families, supervisors, and interdisciplinary teams to provide high-quality care.
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment.
- Assist with medication administration as trained and authorized.
- Respond calmly and professionally to behavioral or emotional challenges.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Psychology, Special Education, Social Work, or related field preferred).
- Experience supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, developmental disabilities, or behavioral health preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to remain patient, flexible, and solution-focused.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record preferred.
- Ability to pass background screening and meet agency requirements.
