Roofing Sales Representative
All Home Roofing & Exteriors is a licensed Arizona contractor specializing in residential roofing, storm restoration, and exterior services. We are currently looking for motivated Sales Representatives to join our growing team in the Phoenix area.
This is an opportunity for driven individuals who are comfortable working directly with homeowners, generating leads, and helping customers through the roofing and insurance restoration process.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing and networking
- Perform basic roof inspections and schedule appointments
- Educate homeowners on the insurance restoration process
- Manage customer relationships from lead to project completion
- Maintain communication with homeowners throughout the job process
- Assist with additional exterior service opportunities when applicable
Compensation
- Competitive commission structure

- Average project size ranges from $10,000–$20,000+

Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Comfortable working outdoors and speaking with homeowners
- Sales experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation required
