The Ideal Candidate comes with 5+ years in Commercial/Residential ducting install and or Service in the HVAC industry, though people with less experience will be considered. We are a company with over 55 years in the trade and we are set up for projects of all size. We are looking for someone that will fit our culture and is ready to lead a crew and train apprentices, or grow as an apprentice themselves.
The position requires the typical construction expectations, such as, working in the hot sun and cold, getting dirty, lifting heavy objects, talking to people, traveling around Central Oregon, complying to company and OSHA safety standards
