We manage a diverse portfolio of residential properties throughout Northern Utah and are seeking a skilled In-House Plumber to join our maintenance team.

Position Summary:
The In-House Plumber will handle a variety of plumbing repair, maintenance, and installation tasks across multiple residential properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both preventative and responsive plumbing work, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair plumbing issues including leaks, clogs, and broken fixtures
- Install, replace, and maintain faucets, toilets, sinks, water heaters, and other plumbing components
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on plumbing systems
- Respond promptly to emergency plumbing calls
- Assist with unit turns as needed, ensuring all plumbing systems are operational before move-in
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in work areas
- Document completed work and materials used through company software
- Collaborate with the maintenance team and property managers to complete work orders efficiently
- Provide courteous, professional communication with residents and staff
Requirements:
- 3+ years of residential or multi-family plumbing experience
- Working knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and safety practices
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work on ladders, and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
- Must be dependable, organized, and able to work independently
- Familiarity with basic property maintenance and repair (preferred)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Journeyman Plumber License or Apprentice with strong experience
- Experience working in residential property management or apartment maintenance settings
- Knowledge of water heater installation, drain cleaning, and fixture upgrades
