Position: Contract (1099) Sales Representative
We're looking for motivated sales professionals to join our life insurance team. If you have sales experience, enjoy helping people, and are driven by performance, we'd love to hear from you.
Compensation
- $1,000 per week when you produce 10 or more issued policies with a minimum premium of $65 per month.
- 9 qualifying policies: Earn $750 for the week.
- Fewer than 9 qualifying policies: Earn $50 per issued policy.
- Additional performance bonuses available for top producers.
- Pay is issued every two weeks.
Schedule
Full Time
- Contract (1099)
- Monday–Friday
- 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM EST
Part Time
- Contract (1099)
- Monday–Friday
- 9:00aM – 12:00 PM EST
Responsibilities
- Contact prospective clients and educate them on life insurance options.
- Build rapport and guide clients through the application process.
- Meet weekly sales goals.
- Maintain accurate client records and follow company guidelines.
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience required.
- Strong communication and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Professional attitude and reliable work ethic.
- No insurance license required to apply (must be willing to obtain one if required).
