Fire Response Sales Representative
Restoration Industry | On-Call Sales Role
We are seeking a motivated sales professional to respond to fire loss leads and convert opportunities into signed restoration projects. This is a fast-paced role for someone who can move quickly, build trust, and close.
What You’ll Do
- Respond quickly when fire loss leads are provided
- Meet with property owners shortly after a loss
- Lead with empathy while confidently closing the sale
- Explain the restoration process clearly and professionally
- Manage multiple active opportunities
- Be available and responsive while on call
Leads are provided — your role is to connect, guide, and close.
Who You Are
- A closer with a hunter mentality
- Motivated by commission-driven compensation
- Comfortable being on call and responding quickly
- Able to balance urgency with empathy
- Professional, dependable, and self-motivated
Bonus (not required):
- Restoration experience
- Fire service background or fire department connections
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary plus commission
- Uncapped earning potential

Pay: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
