Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our fast-paced distribution center team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing warehouse operations, including order picking, shipping and receiving, and handling various materials with precision and safety. Your expertise in warehouse distribution, heavy equipment operation, and inventory management will ensure smooth flow of goods and optimal productivity. Duties
- Perform order picking using RF scanners and manual methods to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, cranes, and load & unload trucks safely following OSHA safety protocols
- Manage inventory levels through proper materials handling, stock rotation, and cycle counts to maintain accurate records
- Load and unload shipments using appropriate material handling equipment while adhering to safety standards for heavy lifting and manual handling
- Assist with shipping & receiving processes by verifying shipments, inspecting goods, and documenting discrepancies
- Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment by following safety procedures and ensuring all equipment is in proper working condition
- Support warehouse supervision in daily operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and safety compliance
Requirements
- Proven experience in warehouse distribution or related roles with a strong understanding of warehouse operations
- Hands-on experience operating heavy equipment such as forklifts, cranes, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, or similar material handling machinery
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and RF scanners for efficient order picking and stock control
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling safely while following OSHA safety guidelines
- Basic math skills for measuring, counting, and verifying shipments or inventory data
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors effectively

Pay: $22.63 - $27.23 per hour
