What You'll Do
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a vital role in maintaining our apartment communities by performing:
✔ Apartment Make-Readies
✔ Interior & Exterior Painting (Required)
✔ Vinyl Glue-Down Flooring Installation
✔ Plumbing Repairs
✔ Electrical Troubleshooting & Repairs
✔ HVAC Maintenance & Basic Repairs
✔ Appliance Installation & Repairs
✔ Lock, Window & General Building Repairs
✔ Preventative Maintenance
✔ Landscaping & Grounds Maintenance
✔ Pest Control Treatments
✔ Construction & Renovation Projects
✔ Property Inspections & Safety Compliance
Qualifications
- We're seeking someone who:
- Has at least 5 years of apartment maintenance experience
- Possesses strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, construction, and appliance repair
- Is highly motivated, organized, and able to work independently
- Has excellent customer service and communication skills
- Can participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
- Has a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current vehicle insurance
- Owns a complete set of maintenance tools
- Can safely perform the physical demands of the position, including lifting, climbing ladders, and working in various weather conditions
- Can successfully complete a pulmonary exam and respirator fit test
