We don't just close transactions — we build relationships and change lives.We are looking for a full-time Showing Partner / Staff Assistant who is driven, organized, and genuinely passionate about delivering an exceptional experience to every client they meet.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Conduct property showings with fully qualified buyers on behalf of our lead agents
- Provide a warm, attentive client experience before, during, and after every showing
- Maintain and update our CRM with daily activity and client notes
- Support day-to-day office operations when not in the field
- Stay informed on current market inventory, pricing, and trends
- Show up for your teammates and your clients — that's what we do here
REQUIREMENTS
- Active Real Estate License in both ND and MN — required
- In-office presence required when showings are not scheduled
- Evening and weekend availability as needed — real estate has its own schedule
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and follow-through skills
