Duties
- Perform as a convincing and lively scare actor using improv, voice acting and physical acting to entertain guests and enhance the immersive experience
- Interact confidently with crowds, engaging audiences through improvisation, public speaking, and audience engagement techniques during live performances
- Manage guest entry points as Door Staff by verifying tickets, maintaining security protocols, and ensuring a safe environment for all visitors
- Lead shifts as a Shift Lead by coordinating team activities, supervising actors and staff, and ensuring safety standards are upheld throughout the attraction
- Use excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members, respond to guest inquiries, and handle any on-site issues promptly and professionally
- Support audience engagement for live performances through modeling character costumes or participating in themed activities that enhance the overall experience
Qualifications
- Previous experience in acting, theatre production performance, or theater experience is preferred, but not necessary
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage audiences of all ages; experience with public speaking or crowd interaction is a plus
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Excellent teamwork skills with the capacity to lead shifts effectively while maintaining safety standards
- 21 and up
