Looking for a landscape installation professional to join our team.
Preference for experienced candidates - pay matches experience.
Our focus is on sustainable landscape installation including xeriscape conversions, native gardens, plantings, stonework, and irrigation.
We generally work M-F, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm and can be flexible according to your schedule. We are looking for full time but may consider a part-time schedule for the right candidate(s).
Must have reliable transportation and a general knowledge of plants, horticulture and landscaping. Experienced candidates preferred.
Day to day job duties as a Lead Landscape Technician include:
-Construction and renovations of residential landscapes by removing sod, planting trees, shrubs, and perennials, irrigation work on drip lines and sprinklers, placing boulders, building pathways and berms, mulching, and occasionally helping out with light landscape maintenance like spring/fall cleanups. Safely operating machinery including compact loaders, skid steers, sod cutters, trucks and trailers.
This would be a Year-Round position with possibilities for long-term employment. Candidate would need to be available throughout the summer season with hours ranging from 30 in the winter to 40+/week in the spring, summer, and fall, depending on workload. Hiring for both Part-Time and Full-Time.

Requirements:
- Required that you have least 3+ year experience working on a landscape/gardening crew
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor on a consistent basis
- Ability to work long days in the heat with a good attitude
- Preferred that you have some experience working seasonally i.e. farming, landscaping, gardening etc.
- Reliable transportation
- You live in the Fort Collins area
- You have a desire to learn
- Preferred that you would like to stay on with the company for additional seasons or advancement

What to expect:
Guaranteed employment March – December with potential for reduced hours and employment in the winter for right candidate.
Up to 40 hours per week with possibilities for occasional overtime. Weekly hours will be agreed upon when offered a position. Priority will be given to a candidate seeking a full 40-hour work week. Opportunities for winter break or winter hours and work depending on preference and availability.
