WHO WE ARE
We're a multi-doctor, owner-operated practice in Brooklyn Park — not a corporate chain, not a DSO, not a revolving door of management. The doctors who hire you are the doctors you'll work next to every day. Decisions get made in the building, not on a Zoom call with someone three states away.
We're also one of the more forward-thinking practices in the Twin Cities. We use Open Dental (not Dentrix or Eaglesoft) and we offer Curodont resin infiltration for early decay — a non-drill treatment most offices in the metro still don't have. If "we've always done it this way" makes you twitchy, you'll fit in here.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
The standard LDA workflow: chairside assisting, four-handed dentistry, seating patients, sterilization, taking radiographs, coronal polish, sealants, temporaries, impressions/scans, and helping the doctors stay on schedule while the patient feels taken care of. Cross-training on front-of-house workflows if you're interested — we believe assistants who understand the whole practice become better clinicians.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- MN LDA license (or sitting for licensure within 90 days of hire)
- Current BLS/CPR certification X-ray certification
- Someone who's calm when the schedule isn't
- Someone who actually likes patients — kids, anxious adults, retirees, all of them
- Bonus points for: experience with Open Dental, digital impression scanners (iTero/Medit), CEREC, or pediatric chairside experience.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- $32–$37/hr depending on experience
