Ambrose Construction is seeking experienced and entry-level Concrete Carpenters, Form Setters, Reinforcing Ironworkers (Rod Busters), and Concrete Finishers to join our growing team.

Our work includes steel and aluminum mills, substations, manufacturing facilities, schools, hospitals, marine structures, and other complex concrete projects.

Travel opportunities are available on select projects and include company-paid lodging and daily per diem.
Responsibilities
- Build and install concrete formwork according to project plans and specifications.
- Place and tie reinforcing steel (rebar) as required.
- Pour, place, screed, and finish concrete using proper techniques and equipment.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, concrete equipment, and heavy equipment safely.
- Read and interpret construction drawings and layout information.
- Perform concrete demolition, repair, and restoration work when required.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area while following all company and OSHA safety requirements.
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and crew members to complete projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in concrete construction, carpentry, rebar installation, masonry, or related trades is preferred but not required.
- Entry-level applicants with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding work in varying weather conditions.
- Commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to work as part of a team while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel when required.
- Ability to pass applicable pre-employment screenings.

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
