Boule Bakery is looking for a bread baker! We are a growing bakery located in Saint Johnsbury. The right candidate does not necessarily need bread baking experience but should at least have an interest in baking, and some kitchen experience is preferred. Extensive training will be provided.
Must be available Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 5 am to 1 pm. Hours may have some flexibility but the days do not. There is an opportunity to pick up weekday shifts in the kitchen doing pastry prep for the right person, so if you're a person looking for full time work don't be discouraged from applying.
There is room to grow here, and many opportunities for creative freedom. The job mainly consists of mixing, shaping, and baking all our breads, mainly sourdough loaves. You would also be making baguettes and croissant dough.
