Join Baptist Health Home Care – Kentucky as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) supporting patients across Brooks, Shepherdsville, Okolona, Louisville, Mt. Washington, and surrounding areas. Work alongside a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver exceptional in-home therapy care that helps patients regain independence and improve quality of life.
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Bonus: $5,000 Sign-On Bonus
What You’ll Do:
As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you’ll work under the direction of a Physical Therapist to provide skilled home health therapy services. The Physical Therapist Assistant will support treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist, monitor patient progress, document care, educate patients and families, and help improve mobility, function, and overall wellness.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Kentucky
✔ At least 1 year of PTA experience in an acute care setting
✔ Home health experience preferred
✔ Strong communication and documentation skills
✔ Clinical knowledge of therapy best practices
✔ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
