What You'll Do
- Hunt and develop new business across the power generation and industrial markets
- Build and manage long sales-cycle customer relationships with engineers, plant managers, and procurement professionals
- Translate technical product capabilities into compelling value propositions tailored to each customer's needs
- Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and proposal development through negotiation and close
- Develop and execute territory strategies aligned with company growth objectives
- Stay current on industry trends, customer challenges, and competitive dynamics
What We're Looking For
- Experience selling industrial, engineered technical products is preferred
- A competitive, solutions-oriented sales professional who is hungry to learn and earn credibility in technical rooms
- Ability to manage long B2B sales cycles with patience, persistence, and discipline
- Background in industrial, energy, or engineered product sales strongly preferred
- Proficient in Office 365; strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, and accountable, with the discipline to manage your own pipeline and take ownership of your results
- Comfortable prospecting through phone, email, networking and industry events
- Able to travel as needed
- Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in business, engineering, or a scientific discipline
This position offers exceptional earning potential through a base salary + uncapped, performance-based commissions.
