We are seeking reliable individuals to join our home healthcare team as Home Health Aides or CNA! In this role, you will provide direct, hands-on support to help patients safely manage their daily lives at home. Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Help clients safely manage mobility and physical transfers.
- Administer medication reminders.
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, including meal preparation and laundry.
- Document and report any changes in the client's condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Follow care plans and instructions provided by nurses or other healthcare staff.
Experience & Qualifications
- Understanding of home healthcare principles and practices.
- Ability to maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is beneficial.
- Knowledge of patient care techniques and procedures, including vital signs monitoring, is desirable.
