Medical Assistant
Carolina Vein Care and Aesthetics is an independent, physician-owned, outpatient vein and aesthetic practice. We have an immediate need for a full-time Medical Assistant. This is a Monday-Friday daytime schedule with no nights, weekends, or on-call responsibilities.
We need an experienced, self-starter looking for an opportunity to be part of an experienced, close-knit, excellent outpatient healthcare team. Compensation is competitive and includes
PTO, paid holidays, health/dental/vision insurance and 401k with 5% employer match.
Primary responsibilities include:
● Greeting patients and escorting to exam room
● Taking vital signs
● Room prep, stocking, cleaning, and turnover
● Assist with administrative tasks as needed
● Assist RN and other clinical staff as needed
● Issue pre- and post procedure instructions to patients
● Fit and measure compression stockings
● Take before and after patient photos on I-Pad
● Assist as needed during procedures

Experience:
- EMR systems: 1 year (Preferred)
- Vital signs: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- BLS Certification (Preferred)
- Certified Medical Assistant (Required)
