POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY:
Provides case management services to clients and their families; performs assessments, screenings, and referrals to community-based programs to address client and families' needs; provides counseling and help navigating community resources; and, performs related work as required. This position supports The Bridge, Ada County’s Youth and Family Resource Center, Ada County Juvenile Services.
- The incumbent will be required to work flexible schedules, which may include work on some weekends, evenings, nights, and/or holidays;
