Job Overview
We are looking for experienced restaurant professionals to join our team. Our restaurant group provides professionals the opportunity for growth and career advancement with multiple locations in the Tri-Cites area. If you have grill, wok, or sushi experience, or need your foot in the door as a dishwasher, we would love the opportunity to meet with you!
Back of house employees must have a strong understanding of food handling, multiple cooking techniques, and visual presentation. Must be able to adhere to our standards of service, able to maintain a professional demeanor and appearance, and to take direction from our administrative team.
All wages negotiable and dependent on experience and ability.
All candidates must have full time availability for all days, nights, and weekends required as well as reliable transportation. Wok experience is a plus but not required. Overtime hours are available to those who earn it through exceeding expectations.
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing ingredients and cooking dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Support food safety protocols by properly handling ingredients and ensuring proper storage practices
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction during busy hours
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate food prep, delivery, and guest requests
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, lifting moderate loads, and bending
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and guest service excellence
