About Little Home ABA
Little Home ABA is a growing, family-centered ABA practice providing individualized behavioral support to children and families in their homes and communities. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a caring and dependable Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team on a part-time basis.
About the Role
The BT/RBT will provide direct, one-to-one ABA services to children under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working directly with children and families and is interested in joining a smaller, growing practice where quality of care and supportive collaboration are prioritized.
The position will begin with a limited part-time schedule with the opportunity for additional hours as our caseload grows.
Schedule & Availability
This is a part-time position with hours based on client needs and availability. Scheduling may include weekday daytime and/or after-school hours. Initial hours may be limited, with the opportunity for additional hours as the caseload grows. Candidates will be matched with clients based on location, availability, and clinical needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized 1:1 ABA services in accordance with each child's treatment plan
- Implement skill-acquisition and behavior-support programs developed by the supervising BCBA
- Collect accurate session data and complete required documentation
- Use play, natural routines, and developmentally appropriate activities to support learning
- Communicate professionally with families, BCBAs, and other members of the clinical team
- Participate in ongoing BCBA supervision and training
- Maintain client confidentiality and follow ethical and professional standards
- Travel to client homes and/or approved community or school-based settings as needed
QualificationsRequired
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with children
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations
- Dependable, professional, and comfortable working independently in home-based settings
- Ability to complete required background checks and employment clearances
Preferred
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential
- Previous experience providing ABA or behavioral support services
- Experience working with young children or children with developmental or behavioral support needs
- Coursework or experience in psychology, education, child development, behavioral health, or a related field
BT candidates who are not currently RBT certified are welcome to apply.
Schedule
- Part-time
- Initial schedule expected to be approximately 6–8 hours per week
- Schedule may increase as additional clients are added
- Services are primarily provided Monday through Friday
- Specific days and times will be coordinated based on client needs and employee availability
Compensation
- Behavior Technician (BT): $22–$23/hour
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT): $24–$25/hour
- Required Non-Billable Work: $16/hour
- Mileage reimbursement for eligible travel between service locations
