Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to standard recipes and presentation standards.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies.
- Manage cash handling and POS transactions efficiently using systems such as Toast POS
- Monitor guest consumption responsibly, ensuring compliance with food safety and alcohol service regulations.
- Restock bar supplies promptly during shifts to ensure smooth service flow.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for food orders during catering events or banquet functions, ensuring timely delivery.
Skills
- Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings; retail math and hospitality experience are highly valued.
- Strong knowledge of POS systems like Toast POS and Aloha POS for accurate sales processing.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
- Effective time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling, billing, and sales calculations.
