Overview
Sunshine Recycling LLC currently has an open position for a customer service/ cashier. This position is full time Monday through Saturday. Monday through Friday hours are from 7:45am to 5:00pm and Saturdays 7:45am to 1:00pm. Some responsibilities will include but not be limited to paying customers for their recycled materials, data entry, and helping customers both in person and over the phone. This position requires strong communication skills, great attention to details, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. We are asking for serious applicants only, who are willing to learn new things and understand the importance of following company policies.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding services.
- Collaborate with team members.
- Daily data entry
Skills
- Previous experience in a customer support environment is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing excellent support.
- Proficiency in using computers and various software applications for data entry and record keeping.
- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
