Utility Management Group is having its grand opening in the Greater Cleveland area! Our company specialized in energy procurement for small-medium sized businesses (SMB) for the last 4 years, saving each of our 5000 businesses hundreds and thousands every year. We have since diversified our vendors to bring nearly every regional broadband provider, all three major mobility carriers, various VOIP solutions, and merchant services to help bring value to our local businesses.
Responsibilities:
- Reliably commute to businesses for in-person meetings
- Enroll and renew electric and gas accounts into long-term pricing solutions
- Be able to pivot conversation to focus on other solutions if needed
- Conduct in-person trainings for and manage up to ten sales representatives
- Learn company curriculum and teach it to others
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (preferably energy supply, telecommunications, solar, or related industries) through direct sales channels (business-to-business, retail sales, door-to-door)
- Experience in managing teams of 5 or greater
- Ability to multitask and cross-sell multiple solutions in a sales conversations
First-year pay range: $50,000 - $80,000. Second year: $90,000 - $140,000
Monday through Friday 8am-5pm schedule, with overtime opportunities available (but not required). No holidays required

Pay: $800.00 - $1,500.00 per week
