Pluris Academy is seeking full-time Middle & High School Teacher (Grades 6–12) to join our entrepreneurship-focused private school in Orlando, FL.
We welcome educators from all subject backgrounds. Teaching assignments will be based on each candidate’s experience and strengths. Our small class sizes allow teachers to build strong relationships and make a meaningful impact on student growth.
Responsibilities
- Teach engaging, student-centered lessons in your assigned subject area
- Develop lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and best practices
- Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving
- Assess student progress and provide academic support
- Maintain a positive and structured classroom environment
- Collaborate with colleagues and communicate with families
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field
- Middle or high school teaching experience preferred
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Comfort using educational technology and innovative teaching strategies
- Passion for mentoring students and contributing to a collaborative school culture
