Under the direct supervision of the Administrative Lead, the receptionist will:
- Greet all incoming visitors and clients, directing them to the appropriate staff or activities.
- Answers incoming telephone calls, screens and determines purpose of callers, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel or department.
- Collecting and recording client demographic information
- Verify medi-cal eligibility for telephone intakes.
- Assist staff, auditors and guests with reservation of counseling rooms, and community rooms
- Answers questions about organization and provides callers with address, directions, and
other program information
- All incoming UPS/Fed Ex/Office Depot/Amazon packages/faxes and mail given to
correspondent.
- Oversee office supplies orders
- Assist with office equipment issues and contact IT for assistance
- Front desk coverage with evening parenting classes consists of monitoring the sign in sheet
for parents /child watch sign in sheet, adding new client information into Exym, creating a
new chart for client.
- Assist the admin lead, directors, and staff with administrative functions.
- Flexible with evening schedules and must be able to work on Saturdays if needed.
- Assist with submitting Pos through organization's system.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledge of general office procedures and operations.
