Job Summary
Health Matters is seeking a professional and organized Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients and caregivers. This role is essential to daily operations, providing administrative support, managing communications, and assisting with scheduling and client coordination in a fast-paced home care environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Answer and manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients and caregivers, addressing inquiries and concerns
- Respond to emails and text communications in a timely manner
- Update caregiver schedules, including temporary changes, ensuring accuracy
- Assist with client onboarding, including processing authorizations and maintaining client records
- Prepare and organize client files, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate
- Coordinate with case managers, schedulers, and billing team as needed
- Maintain office organization systems and update internal tracking tools
- Triage and return voicemails
- Assist with weekly reporting and administrative tasks
- Support onboarding and training of new staff as needed
- Participate in on-call rotation (1 week per month)
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems
- Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential information
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations preferred
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
