Downtown Baby is seeking caring, dependable individuals to join our team.
No experience? No problem! We are happy to train the right candidate who has a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a genuine love for children.
What You'll Do
- Support our teachers in providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for infants and toddlers
- Step into established classroom routines with confidence and flexibility
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff
- Help create a calm, caring atmosphere where little ones can thrive
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
- Warm, patient, and dependable
- Adaptable and able to take direction
- An excellent communicator with both families and coworkers
- Comfortable building trusting relationships with young children
- Reliable, punctual, and has dependable transportation
- Available for full-day shifts 9:30am-3pm, (partial-week availability will also be considered)
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Must successfully complete a Livescan background clearance
- Must have current tb test, vaccines, and physical
- Willing to complete a free, online mandated reporter training course within 90 days
