We’re looking for a Senior Sales Leader to help expand SHIELD’s presence in laboratory, healthcare, and commercial markets—selling a tangible, design-driven product used by some of the most recognized brands in sports and healthcare.
SHIELD is a Kansas City–based manufacturer designing and building high-end locker and storage solutions for professional sports teams (NBA, NFL, NCAA) and leading healthcare systems across the U.S.

This is not a typical sales role.
You’ll be driving new business in specialized environments like laboratories, healthcare, and commercial facilities, working closely with leadership to help shape how we grow in emerging verticals like lab and pharmacy.
Drive new business across laboratory, pharmacy, healthcare, and commercial markets
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
Engage decision-makers including lab managers, facility leaders, and executives
Build and manage pipeline through outbound outreach, networking, and industry events
Partner with Marketing and Product teams on go-to-market strategy
Represent SHIELD at client meetings, presentations, and trade shows
3–7+ years of sales or business development experience
Experience selling into laboratory, healthcare, or commercial environments preferred
Ability to manage complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
Strong communication and presentation skills
Self-starter who can build pipeline and drive results
Experience with architectural products, interiors, or design-driven solutions
Familiarity with lab or healthcare facility environments
