What You’ll Be Doing
Leading daily BOH operations in a fast paced, high volume environment.
Managing prep, line execution, ticket times, food quality, sanitation, and overall kitchen organization.
Building and developing a kitchen team that understands accountability, consistency, and teamwork.
Training cooks properly instead of throwing them to the wolves and hoping they survive.
Managing inventory, ordering, receiving, waste control, and food cost with precision.
Creating systems that keep the kitchen clean, organized, efficient, and profitable.
Working side by side with FOH leadership to ensure guests receive an incredible experience every shift.
Stepping into the trenches when needed and leading by example during the busiest services.
What We’re Looking For
A true kitchen leader, not just someone that can cook.
Strong experience in high volume kitchens with leadership responsibilities.
Someone that understands food cost, labor management, prep systems, and operational discipline.
Ability to motivate a team without screaming at everyone all night.
A manager that can hold standards high while still building loyalty and respect within the kitchen.
Experience with scheduling, inventory systems, ordering, and kitchen organization is highly preferred.
ServSafe certification is a plus.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
