Warehouse Fulfillment Associate — Inbound & Outbound

About Us
Calibrate Network is a growing 3PL fulfillment center that ships thousands of orders a week for 35+ brands. We currently operate a 150,000 sq ft facility in Abbeville, SC and are opening a second warehouse in Lincolnton, GA. This is a chance to get in on the ground floor of a new location.
The Job
You'll be picking, packing, receiving, and shipping orders all day. Some days you're on inbound unloading trucks and putting product away. Other days you're pulling orders, packing them up, and getting them out the door. It depends on what the day needs — you've got to be flexible.
What You'll Do
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Receive inbound shipments — unload, inspect, count, and put away inventory
- Use handheld scanners and our WMS (Logiwa) to track everything
- Build kits and assemble multi-item orders per client specs
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts to move product (we'll certify you if needed)
- Keep your area clean and organized — a messy warehouse is a slow warehouse
- Flag problems when you see them — damaged product, wrong counts, anything off
What We're Looking For
- Warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred, but we'll train the right person
- You show up on time and ready to work — that's non-negotiable
- Comfortable on your feet all day in a fast-paced environment
- Able to lift 50 lbs regularly
- Pay attention to detail — wrong items in a box means a customer complaint
- Team player who doesn't need to be micromanaged
- Willing to undergo a drug test
Nice to Have
- Forklift or clamp truck experience
- Experience with any WMS or scanning systems
- Previous 3PL or e-commerce fulfillment experience

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
