- reading orders
- making dishes to order in a timely fashion
- keeping track of orders & staying organized
- keeping an organized & clean work space
Qualifications:
- experience on a make line
- able to work responsibly as a team or solo
- keeps food waste in mind
- general understanding of a quick serve style food kitchen.
