RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Diagnose and repair a wide variety of repairs, including but not limited to drivability, brakes, emissions, steering and suspension, electrical, maintenance services, HVAC, starting and charging, and major engine repairs
- Communicate effectively with the Service Manager an honest assessment of the needed repairs
- Maintain a professional working environment that encourages teamwork among colleagues
- Maintain cleanliness of the shop, equipment, and work areas
- Attend and participate in store meetings
- Follow all safety protocols and adhere to company policies and procedures
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ consecutive years of automotive repair experience
- ASE certifications preferred
- High productivity and efficiency rate
- Experience with various makes and models both domestic and aisan
- Familiar with both Mitchell On Demand and Identifix software
- Have your own tools including a diagnostic scan tool and a lab scope
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work Mon-Fri 7a-6p
- Ability to stand and work eight (8) to ten (10) hours per day
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to help others
