About Us:
HOTWORX is a 24-hour infrared fitness studio that offers virtually instructed workouts in a variety of infrared saunas. Our mission is to help members achieve their fitness goals through efficient, cutting-edge workouts in a supportive, empowering environment.
Position Overview:
As a Fitness Sales Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential members and a key player in growing our community. This role combines front desk responsibilities, lead generation, and strong sales focus in a fun and fitness-forward atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all members and guests
- Perform sales tours and enroll new members
- Make outbound calls to follow up with leads and set appointments
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the studio
- Update daily goal boards and participate in sales challenges
- Support social media and community outreach efforts
We’re Looking For:
- Passion for fitness and helping others
- Energetic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales experience is a plus (but we’ll train the right person!)
