Property Maintenance Technician
Job Description:
* Live within 30 minutes of Metrowest, Marlborough, Hudson, Framingham, Worcester, Leominster.
* 20-40 Hours a week - Flexible Schedule
* Non-Corporate work environment
* Perform Tenant service requests and repairs, unit turnovers, and preventative maintenance
* Perform basic: carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, drywall, flooring, and appliance repair
Requirements:
* Valid driver's license and reliable car (pickup/SUV preferred).
* Your own basic tools to perform the various jobs.
* Minimum 1 Year prior experience working in property maintenance, construction, or similar fields.
* Can multi-task and problem solve
* Can communicate clearly and effectively
Work Remotely
Mileage Reimbursement at the current rate of .72.5/mile.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
