We are seeking a high-energy, experienced Senior Leasing Consultant to join our onsite management team at a large, fast-paced apartment community. The Senior Leasing Consultant serves as a leasing leader on-site, supporting leasing goals, mentoring junior staff, and delivering exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents.

Actively lease apartments to meet or exceed occupancy and revenue goals

Conduct engagement, professional property tours and followup communications

Convert leads to leases through strong sales skills and consistent followup

Maintain detailed and accurate leasing records in property management systems

Assist with lease renewals, transfers, and movein coordination

Serve as a role model for leasing professionalism, energy, and accountability

Support and mentor junior leasing staff as needed

Assist management with leasing strategies, outreach efforts, and performance tracking

Step in as acting lead when needed in the absence of management

Deliver outstanding customer service to prospects and residents

Address leasingrelated concerns professionally and promptly

Promote a positive community atmosphere and brand reputation

Support resident retention initiatives

Assist with onsite marketing initiatives, events, and promotions

Support social media, online listings, and local outreach efforts

Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and occupancy data

Ensure lease files and documentation are complete and compliant

Follow Fair Housing laws and company policies at all times

Maintain professional appearance of leasing office and model units
Qualifications

Holds West Viriginia Real Estate License, and is in good standing with the WV Real Estate Commission

3+ years of leasing experience in multifamily housing

Proven success in highvolume leasing environments

Strong sales, communication, and closing skills

High energy, positive attitude, and strong work ethic

Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent performance

Proficient with property management software and CRM systems

Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations

Holds Ohio Real Estate License, and is in good standing with the OH Real Estate Commission

Experience working at large apartment communities (500+ units)
