Centered Care of Michigan is seeking a PART TIME LPN or RN for a day shift pediatric home health case in St. Louis, MI. You’ll provide one-on-one care for a medically complex child in a supportive, family-centered home.
About the Client:
- 16-year-old with spastic quadriplegia
- Ventilator & trach care
- G-tube feedings
- Non-verbal but communicates via tablet
- Kind, close-knit family that truly appreciates their care team
- Nurse will attend school with the client
Schedule:
Fridays | 7:15 AM – 3:15 PM
Pay:
- LPN: $38/hour
- RN: $40/hour

Requirements:
- Active Michigan LPN or RN license
- Must have passed the NCLEX
