River City Coatings and Castle Manufacturing are seeking a results-driven Outside Sales Representative with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in B2B industrial sales. The ideal candidate will have a verifiable track record of growing territory revenue specifically within the metal manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial coating industries. [1]This position offers a competitive Base Salary plus an uncapped Commission structure, providing high earning potential for a motivated closer.

Key Responsibilities
- Grow the Territory: Identify and secure new B2B contract opportunities with OEMs, fabricators, and product manufacturers.
- Conduct Field Visits: Travel daily to meet with prospective and existing clients on-site to build long-term partnerships.
- Consult Technically: Review client blueprints and engineering drawings to recommend optimal fabrication and powder coating solutions.
- Deliver Proposals: Coordinate with internal estimators to generate accurate, timely, and profitable quotes.
- Manage Pipeline: Maintain clean records of client touch-points and sales pipelines using our company CRM.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: minimum of 3–5 years of successful outside sales experience in metal manufacturing, welding, machining, or industrial finishing.
- Proven Track Record: Verifiable history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and successfully closing technical B2B contracts.
- Technical Literacy: Ability to read blueprints, interpret tolerances, and discuss finishing specifications (e.g., mil thickness, chemical pretreatments).
- Mobility: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned regional territory.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
